According to the Public Relations Office of Ghadir Investment Group, the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Ghadir Capital and Industry Development Company, listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange under the ticker "Saghadir," was held on December 30, with the participation of shareholders, legal representatives, senior executives, and under the chairmanship of Dr. Maboud Abbaszadeh, Deputy for Supervision of Group Companies at Ghadir Investment Group.
During the meeting, the Board of Directors' report and the reports of the independent auditor and statutory inspector for the fiscal year ended September 22, 2025, were presented. Following their review, the consolidated financial statements of both the Group and the parent company were approved by the shareholders.
In accordance with the resolutions adopted by the General Meeting, a cash dividend of IRR 2,260 per share was approved for distribution. The financial reports also indicated that, despite challenges arising from energy supply imbalances, the company achieved a 51% increase in net profit during the previous fiscal year.
These results reflect the effectiveness of Ghadir Investment Group's management policies, continuous oversight, and governance framework, which emphasize operational sustainability, efficient resource management, and the continued growth of its subsidiary companies.
The General Assembly also reviewed the reports of the statutory auditor and legal inspector, with all financial statements and supporting documents examined in accordance with the principles of corporate governance and transparency.
Following the shareholders' vote, the statutory inspector, principal and alternate independent auditors were appointed, and the company's official newspaper was designated for publishing legal notices.
