Ghadir Investment
Ghadir Investment Company was established in 1991 under its original name, Bank Saderat Investment Company (Private Joint Stock), wholly owned by Bank Saderat Iran, with an initial capital of IRR 10 billion. In 1995, the company was converted into a public joint-stock company and was listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange in the same year. Following the transfer of the shares of 124 companies from Bank Saderat Iran to the company in 1996 as part of a financial restructuring initiative, its name was changed to Ghadir Investment Company. In 2008, ownership of Ghadir Investment Company was transferred from Bank Saderat Iran to the Armed Forces Social Security Organization (SATA), accelerating the company's profitability and asset growth. Today, with a capital of IRR 216,000 billion, Ghadir Investment Company has become the largest multi-industry investment holding listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange.
