Ghadir Investment Group CEO Stresses Protection of National Assets, Transparency, and Faster Foreign Currency Repatriation at CEOs' Meeting

According to the Public Relations Office of Ghadir Investment Group, the periodic meeting of the CEOs of Ghadir Investment Group's subsidiary holdings and the Group's senior executives was hosted by Ghadir Power and Energy Holding.

During the meeting, Eng. Seyed Majid Hedayat, CEO of Ghadir Investment Group, praised the vigilance of the Iranian people in safeguarding national security and unity, emphasizing the vital role of business leaders and economic experts in strengthening the country's economic and social framework.

Referring to the significant responsibility entrusted to Ghadir Investment Group, he described the protection of the nation's wealth and assets as a fundamental and undeniable duty for everyone within the organization, stating that all assets and resources under the Group's management are a national trust and that safeguarding them remains the organization's highest priority.

Highlighting the Group's substantial economic capacity, Hedayat noted that Ghadir bears a major responsibility in helping address the country's economic challenges and reaffirmed the Group's commitment to strategic planning and effective execution in fulfilling this mission.

The CEO also emphasized the implementation of the "Ghadir Digital Architecture" program and the Group's transition toward digital transformation and intelligent operations. He announced that significant and practical steps toward smart transformation would be achieved by the end of the current year, adding that digital transformation will enhance productivity, accuracy, and integration across all business processes.

Transparency: The Foundation of Trust and Fairness

Hedayat stressed that transparency—particularly in sensitive commercial and sales operations—is of critical importance. He also highlighted the need for the timely, accurate, and transparent execution of intra-group agreements, as well as the establishment of well-structured relationships among the Group's holding companies.

Commending the Group's successful performance in repatriating foreign currency earnings to the national economy, he described this achievement as a commendable model while emphasizing that every effort should be made to accelerate the return of foreign exchange revenues even further. According to Hedayat, reducing the repatriation timeline by even a single day can have a meaningful impact on meeting the country's essential economic needs.

He further underlined that, under current economic conditions, production and exports remain the Group's highest priorities, calling on all subsidiary companies to mobilize their full capabilities to increase production, expand both the quality and volume of exports, and strengthen the domestic value chain.

Collaboration to Overcome Challenges

The meeting concluded with subsidiary holding company CEOs presenting their views and discussing current challenges. Dr. Amir Ganjidoost, CEO of Ghadir Power and Energy Holding, also presented a performance report on the holding company's activities and emphasized the importance of greater intra-group collaboration and synergy to ensure a stable energy supply for subsidiary industries and to address existing operational challenges.
