Construction of a Hydrotreating Unit (HDT) together with its associated facilities, including desulfurization, sour water treatment, gas treatment, utility systems, and a flare system, to remove sulfur from 26,000 barrels per day of diesel fuel. The project is being implemented in accordance with Cabinet Resolution No. 46481 to produce refinery products that comply with European quality standards, while reducing environmental impacts and enhancing the quality of refinery products.
