Construction of a steelmaking plant utilizing the Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) process, together with a continuous casting facility and supporting utilities. The plant is designed with a nominal annual production capacity of 800,000 tons of steel billets, expandable to 1 million tons per year. The project is being implemented through a public-private partnership (PPP) and financed with foreign funding.
